Shipping & Returns
If you order a product on a working day before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.
If you order a product on a working day after 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the next working day.
If you place an order during the weekend, it will be shipped the next working day.
Exceptions
1. You have placed a pre-order on a product that has yet to be released. View the product page on platenzaak.nl of the product you ordered for the most current release date.
2. Some merchandise is not produced until it is ordered. This means that the delivery time can increase to a maximum of 6 working days.
As soon as a product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code. Our delivery services aim to deliver your order the next day.
Do you want to cancel (part of) your order? Too bad, but this is of course possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service and include your order number.
Are you not happy with your order? Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt. A product can then almost always be returned free of charge. You will receive a return label for this.
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs, to your account within 30 days. Are you not returning your entire order, but only part of it? Then the shipping costs are at your own expense.
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to have your delivery address changed. To change your address details, please contact our customer service.
Unfortunately it is not possible to combine different shipments. Albums are delivered and packed to us at different times. Withholding received products to bundle creates an enormous amount of administrative work and increases the risk of errors and delays. We obviously want to prevent this, so combining orders is unfortunately not an option.
For all orders of CDs, DVDs, books and T-shirts (within the Netherlands) you pay € 3.95 shipping costs.
If you order multiple quantities of one of the aforementioned products, you pay €6.95.
For all other products you also pay € 6.95 shipping costs (such as vinyl, posters, sweaters, hoodies).
Different rates are charged for all orders abroad. After entering your address, you will see this amount in the payment screen at checkout.
It may of course happen that you want to cancel your order. Refusing the delivery of your package is just not the right way to do this. Submit a request to cancel your order in a timely manner or register the package for return after it has been delivered. Do you still refuse to accept the package? Then the shipping costs are at your own expense.
There's an issue with my order
Have you received a product that is damaged? Make sure you contact our customer service within 14 days. As long as we still have the product in stock, you will receive a new product from us. If the product is no longer available, we will look together for appropriate compensation.
Unfortunately, occasionally something goes wrong when collecting orders. Did you receive a product that you did not order? Please contact our customer service to so they can make sure the correct product will be send your way.
If your product breaks after the first 14 days, this can be very frustrating. As long as you contact us within the first 3 months after you placed your order, we will be happy to see what we can do to solve the problem. Because damage can often vary, please contact our customer service. If possible, please add send a photo or video of the problem.
